Our commitment to responsible alcohol retail and legal compliance.
SpiritVault is committed to the responsible sale of alcohol. We strictly enforce age verification at every stage of the purchase and delivery process to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. We will not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.
The sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages is regulated by federal law and individual state laws across the United States. The minimum legal drinking age is 21 years old in all 50 states. SpiritVault operates in full compliance with:
Before completing any purchase, all customers must confirm they are 21 years of age or older by clicking an age confirmation checkbox. This is a legally binding declaration.
All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID. The carrier will verify the recipient's age before releasing the package.
When creating an account, users must provide their date of birth. Accounts created with false age information will be permanently suspended.
We use automated systems to detect suspicious orders. Any order suspected of being placed on behalf of a minor will be cancelled and reported to authorities.
The following government-issued photo IDs are accepted for age verification at delivery:
Driver's License
State ID Card
US Passport
Military ID
Expired IDs are not accepted. Digital copies or photos of IDs are not accepted at delivery — physical ID is required.
Attempting to purchase alcohol for a minor, misrepresenting your age, or facilitating the delivery of alcohol to a minor are serious violations of law. SpiritVault will immediately cancel any such orders, permanently ban the associated accounts, and may report violations to law enforcement. Penalties under state and federal law may include fines and criminal prosecution.
SpiritVault promotes responsible alcohol consumption. We encourage all customers to drink in moderation and never drink and drive. If you or someone you know has a problem with alcohol, please seek help:
